No food leaves our kitchen that we ourselves would not eat. By maintaining these objectives we shall be assured of a fair profit that will allow us to contribute to the community we serve.

Green With Envy

Here at Sugar Fix we strive to be Green. We are committed to using as many earthy-friendly products as possible and try to operate energy efficiently without compromising our quality or fair prices to our guests.

Our bakery boxes are uncoated and no chemicals are used to change their natural organic appearance, but the ‘natural’ is more than skin deep. This natural paperboard uses typically 25-30% less fiber than other box materials. Compared to other virgin fiber products, that’s 25-30% fewer trees to produce the same amount of boxes. Against bleached paperboard, it is better for the environment because strong solvents are not used to bleach the pulp. Also, the fiber for these brown/brown boxes comes from SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) lumber – lumber collected and reforested utilizing environmentally friendly practices.

Eco-Friendly Hot Paper Cup is made of renewable resources and are compostable. Plastic lids, dessert cups and plastic utensils are recyclable.
